Contact Management Made Easy

Following the recent Archive upgrade, we’re pleased to introduce an update for Messente’s Contacts page. Managing your database effortlessly via one tool and building life-long customer relationships has never been easier. You can respond to customers more quickly, organize campaigns with ease and update customer data instantaneously.

1. Search for contacts and groups
For more convenient and extensive everyday use of your contacts database, the search option has been added in the upper part of the Contacts page. To look up a specific contact, just enter the phone number or other details of the person you’re searching for in the search box.

2. Send SMS straight from the Contacts page
As soon as you’re done with managing your contacts and groups, proceed with the actual send out by simply clicking “Send SMS” button straight on the Contacts page, without the need to navigate elsewhere.

3. Importing contacts
All most popular importing methods are fully supported. Paste or enter phone numbers manually, which is the easiest option to add your existing contacts, upload a CSV file with contacts data, or alternatively use one of the additional importing options.

As always, your feedback and thoughts are very much appreciated. Stay awesome and keep texting!

When building it doesn't make sense anymore

28 Nov 2017

As regulations like the General Data Protection Rule and the new Payment Services Directive roll in, technology departments reassess the security tools they currently use and try to understand which new tools will be deemed necessary. Regarding new tools, it’s fair to ask, “do we build our own, or do we seek out a partner and buy the tool."

How we do it: Supporting a culture of growth

14 Nov 2017

Recently, I’ve had several discussions about company culture. And here’s a common question: How do you build a culture that supports growth and create a workplace that everyone’s happy being part of?
