We all know the importance and quality of interaction brands can receive by communicating with their customers via SMS message.

However, there are a few certain set of guidelines and best practices that businesses and can follow in order to keep their marketing as personalized as possible.

In order to get best response out of campaign, your SMS message should address the recipient with information you have gathered through loyalty program (name, gender, preferred products or brands etc).

Messente webplatform has a special feature for sending out customized messages – tags. You can use different type of tags: Title, First name, Surname, Company, Email and Custom field.

Its very simple way how to use it. When composing a new SMS message, just select the right tag from top of the Message box and insert it into message body.

PS. You can only use previously uploaded information “tags” in the message. More info how to upload contacts and create correct CSV file can be found here:

Personalized support and why there is no way around it

02 Jan 2018

We often see client support packaged into software products, whether it includes general support tickets, to live chat, to dedicated account managers. And it comes with a cost to the software publisher, which is often passed on to the clients. As product features expand, support tends to suffer, with reply times increasing, quality of support declining, and costs expanding to solve service issues quickly. Eventually, the personal touch of client support fades.
