Say hi to Kaur

- 5 MIN READ - 25 Aug 2011

Kaur joined Messente late this summer as apart from being a kite surfing junkie he shares our passion for mobile technology and lean web interfaces.

Having previously worked in the print media industry fighting for advertising revenues and occasionally even publishing an article or two Kaur likes to be hands-on with almost everything that goes on in the Messente office. So even though Kaur’s main role here is helping more people find us he is often the first to react to support e-mails.

Enter Kaur.
“I actually had my eye on the mobile industry already for some time. So after I browsed Messente and talked to the team joining them was an easy decision.

The thing I really like right now is being a part of a cool web service and the climbing amount of messages we send out every day. It is really quite amazing how many innovative customers from various industries use SMS for a lot of different purposes.“

Again, these are based on our experience of customers turning to us after they tried the lowest cost tender.

Personalized support and why there is no way around it

02 Jan 2018

We often see client support packaged into software products, whether it includes general support tickets, to live chat, to dedicated account managers. And it comes with a cost to the software publisher, which is often passed on to the clients. As product features expand, support tends to suffer, with reply times increasing, quality of support declining, and costs expanding to solve service issues quickly. Eventually, the personal touch of client support fades.
