This indicates, that the message is still being delivered by the operator and you should check for the delivery status again in a few minutes.

We suggest checking for the delivery status in increasingly growing delays, up to 8 times in total:

• 10 seconds
• 30 seconds
• 1 minute
• 5 minutes
• 10 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 1 hour
• 2 hours

In case you still get FAILED 102 error code after 6 hours, there is no need to check it any more, as the delivery report will most probably not arrive.
